Who I am

I'm Tal Elovits. PhD in Political Science from the University of Milan, with research on executive control of the parliamentary agenda in the Knesset. 15 years across various positions in Israeli public policy: parliamentary advisor, commercial lobbyist, director of the Labor Party Knesset faction (24th Knesset), co-founder of Mekomi, audit committee chair at the LGBT Association, and adviser on public campaigns.

What TECA-IT is

TECA is my strategic consulting firm (teca.co.il) — policy consulting, message design, regulatory research, and lectures. TECA-IT is the technology arm: applying the same domains of understanding but with 2026 tools — AI systems, pipelines, and tools tailored for the world I know.

How I work

I build the systems myself when that's the most efficient path. When working with a dev team is the better fit, I come with ready-made mockups, precise specs, and product management. Both modes are valid; the choice depends on project scope and team capacity.
